Karl Johnny Hersvik, CEO in Aker BP ASA (the "Company"), has 16 August 2022
executed an internal reorganization of the ownership to his shares in the
Company. NO 11 Invest AS, a company controlled by Hersvik and his former spouse
has acquired 10,355 shares in the Company from Hersvik at a purchase price of
NOK 310.10 per share. Following the transaction, NO 11 Invest AS holds a total
of 10,355 shares in Aker BP ASA, constituting approximately 0.00164 percent of
the Company's shares and votes and Hersvik holds no other shares directly in the
Company.
