Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 22 June 2023 regarding the share capital increase resolved by the General Meeting of Elektroimportøren AS ("Elektroimportøren" or the "Company").
The following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders have today subscribed for new shares in the Company:
• Aeternum Capital AS, a close associate of board member Gaute Gillebo, has subscribed for 2,173,913 new shares, and will following the transaction hold 5,742,824 shares (21.4%) in the Company;
• Niss Invest AS, a close associate of CEO Andreas Niss, has subscribed for 36,957 new shares, and will following the transaction hold 582,032 shares (2.2%) in the Company;
• J. Wist Holding AS, a close associate of CFO Jørgen Wist, has subscribed for 13,043 new shares, and will following the transaction hold 146,422 shares (0.5%) in the Company;
• Amund Skarholt (chairperson) has been allocated 2,609 new shares, and will following the transaction hold 12,609 shares (0.0%) in the Company; and
• Kjersti Helen Krokeide Hobøl (board member) has been allocated 2,609 new shares, and will following the transaction hold 13,609 shares (0.1%) in the Company.
The transactions took place on 22 June 2023 at a price per share of NOK 23. Elektroimportøren refers to the attached notifications for persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the company in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
